Basic Qualification Requirements

• Filipino Citizen
• 21 to 65 years old
• Must have a residential telephone line
• Must be at least a house owner or resident of the area for 5 years or more
• Should not have any derogatory records about money
• Should not be a military, sidewalk vendor, or employed at a law office

Business Requirements

• Business should be registered and operational for at least one year
• Business location should not be too far from main roads
• Business should not have record of returned checks
• Business should not be located in flooded and critical areas

Basic Application Requirements

• Completely-filled up Application form
• All original 3-month latest bank statements, with used checks
• Original bank certification when the current account was opened
• Photocopy of Mayor's Permit or DTI Registration
• For micro business loans only, just a barangay permit
• SEC Registration, if corporation
• Latest original Meralco and PLDT billing statements
• Photocopy of at least 2 valid IDs (husband and wife)
• 2x2 pictures of husband and wife (2 pcs.)
• Sketch of business and residence
• Photocopy of residence certificates (husband and wife)
• Pictures of business and stocks

Security of Payment

• Post - dated Checks Semi-monthly / Monthly
